“The Guys here Wowed me, with regards to how they took care of me. i had a DEF issue while i was in Ohio, and it was late. i googled Freightliner and find this one was still opened. by the time i got to the shop it was almost 12 midnight, some of the Mechanics were already leaving for the night. one of them was still in his work-clothes, before i could finish what i was saying, he grabbed his Diagnostic Equipment, find it was the DEF pump. and asked if i wanted it done same night. "YES, i said" this guy went under my truck. From Check In to Check out was about over an Hour, i had never seen anyone so dedicated to helping a customer. That means a whole lot to me.
