Wonderful experience. I was up a creek without a paddle and they sorted everything out for me with ease. Unfortunately I forgot to get her name but she was very kind and helpful. Would recommend anyone pass the Maumee location and come here

Worth the extra charge and never had a dropped call in the twenty years I've been with them. The Verizon branch stores are always helpful and I've never had an issue that was not taken care of with the visit.
