I am entering my 10th week of personal training with Paris at Compound Fitness. I came to them at the age of 40, the weakest I have ever felt and overweight (by a lot). I was broken and after trying every gimmick from Nutrisystem to Semiglutide I was left more confused than ever.I cannot begin to tell you how much I love this gym and the owners.It was a little intimidating walking in the door but after 1 workout I knew that this was exactly what I needed. I now have hired Paris as a personal trainer 3 x a week for an hour each session.The positive mindset that Paris guides me with set me up for the week and I have gotten so much stronger in this short timeframe. Amanda has been a dream helping with nutrition and giving me ideas to stay on track with my eating to help achieve my goals.Everyone is so friendly, and I know I will meet my goals with their help. This is an atmosphere I plan to be a part of for many years to come! Thank you to Paris and Amanda for saving my self-confidence and helping be see the light to a healthier lifestyle that I desired for so long!

Friendly staff and the workouts are great! Something new every day so it's impossible to get bored. The community that has been built is outstanding! I have made some really great friends and we really push and encourage each other. The trainers are second to none and are so invested in you being the best version of yourself. I love this gym so much ♥️

This is a Fantastic gym!! Paris-Owner & Amanda-Nutritionist are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I love how Paris gives me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I’ve been personal training for a year with Paris, and have dropped 40 lbs. deadlifting 180, ran my first 5K. No gimmicks! All hard work, consistency, and whole food diet. I can honestly say I’m in The Best Shape of my life thanks to Paris! I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I’ve never experienced a place quite like this one. They basically work on every level of fitness, a wide variety, various forms of warm up, stabilization exercises, various forms of strengthening, and power moves. They have their own app where you record your reps and weights so you can improve. Paris, the owner has so much enthusiasm, and love for what he does, it overflows. I’ve learned so much from him and his staff. I’ve done a wide variety of workouts and programs and this is by far the best, and highest quality.They do various activities even outside of the standard group times that involve a sense of community and support. They really have something special going on it’s bound to get larger and expand . At the moment it’s more of a small class vibe and it feels literally like I have a personal trainer because each person gets individualized attention as the class/group sizes aren’t that big, yet… so get in while you can lol.My body changed while working out there (for the better) and I got a lot stronger. I miss it there as my circumstances changed, what I’m doing now absolutely sucks in comparison to what they have going on there for sure. It makes me truly appreciate even more what Compound Fitness has. When I move I hope to find a place like Compound Fitness, doubt it. But I’ll try. Highly recommend working out there. It puts all other gyms, classes, even working with a personal trainer, in a lower class. Compound Fitness is definitely high quality workouts.

Over the past 8 months, I have lost 20lbs, list 5% body fat and gained 3% muscle thanks to the motivation from the awesome trainers at Compound Fitness! The classes are only 30 minutes and so easy to fit into my busy schedule. I never dread going to this gym, I look forward to ever workout! The members are like family and we encourage each other and motivate each other to reach our greatest potential! Come check them out. You will be hooked!!

I didn't have any idea where to start with my goals. Big chain gyms worried me because of past experiences with judgment and me not knowing what I was doing. Before trying my first session I spoke to Amanda and immediately felt comfortable and like it was a COMMUNITY that I needed. 1 month in, I am stronger, healthier and more encouraged then ever! Every coach and person there is helpful, kind, encouraging and amazing! The classes are different and so much fun! No matter how tired you feel you are just excited for what is tomorrow. If your thinking about joining a gym then do it! This place is the best!

Compound Fitness is a great gym for encouraging you to become healthier and stronger. The trainers are awesome at encouraging you to do better. The emphasis is on improving your whole body. The routines vary to work out all of your muscles. They are not just about helping you become stronger, but about becoming the healthiest and best version of you. The other members also encourage you and help keep you accountable. I highly recommend checking out the gym and joining all of us on our path of small continuous improvements.

Compound Fitness has changed the way I view fitness. I used to workout because I felt that I HAD to do that so I could lose weight or continue to look a certain way. After working out at compound fitness and learning so much from the after class fitness tip of the day, my mentality on fitness has been next level. I now view fitness has a tool to live my best life. Improving my physical health also means improving my mental health, my productivity, my energy, and my strength. The compound fitness team cares about you and building workouts that will help you develop both physically and mentally. The community is absolutely amazing with how welcoming and encouraging they are. The workouts are scalable to your level of fitness and all you need to bring is your best effort. It is amazing to see the progress I’ve made in my fitness journey. I focus on IMPROVEMENT, and the number on the scale lost its meaning to me because I get after my best each day & my body is strong to get me through anything life throws my way. Starting working out at this gym has truly made me enjoy working out again and getting in a healthy routine. My mindset on working out and being healthy has changed completely with the help of the trainers here. It might be cheesy, but my favorite part of this community really is how encouraging and motivating the trainer, Paris is toward everyone. It’s nice going to the gym and knowing someone else there besides yourself really wants to push you to succeed. If you want to be a part of a supportive and inclusive fitness community you should definitely try out a class at compound fitness!

I did the Ghost in the Graveyard 5k on Halloween morning, 2021. I only went inside Compound Fitness for my number and to warm up before the race. The event was fun and the course was flat. There were "ghosts " along the way that try to tag you and make you do exercises before moving on. I got tagged once and had to do 20 jumping jacks. After that I cheated by running on the side walks.

I couldn't have been happier to find this gym! before even starting I spoke to Amanda and she answered my 20 million questions (I havnt been to any classes and no gyms for years). just talking to her made me think it was the right place. I tried my first workout and I knew right away that was it. the entire place is not only friendly and encouraging but also clean and so much fun! All of the coaches and even the people there are so kind and helpful. I have a wrist injury and a goal of participating in a tough mudder. they not only work with me and my injury, checking I'm doing OK, but I also went from just wanting to participate to actually doing the best I can! worth every single penny. my plan to start at 4 days a week might change as I'm having too much fun not to go tomorrow too! I'm done with boring, same old workouts. now I enjoy the good and challenging workouts!
