They also have a huge variety of classes, so there is something for everybody. As well as, have awesome promos for new clients, which is very nice when you’re just starting out to see what you like. AOK makes it exciting to move your body and to prioritize your health.”
“Honestly the best the gym I've been to. Never crowded so you don't have to fight for machines or dumbbells. It's clean and has everything you need to get a good work out in. Mike is a fantastic owner who really cares about his business and members. I asked a question over the weekend expecting an answer on Monday, and Mike answered that same day, which you don't get from a lot of businesses. Come to this gym, you won't be disappointed.”
