Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio has been serving the Northeast Ohio community for over a century. The network of 23 local stores supports various community services, including employment programs for people with disabilities, family strengthening services, and rape crisis programs, funded by donations and sales. While some customers have encountered less friendly staff at other Goodwill locations, this particular store received praise for the exceptional customer service provided by an employee named Denise, who was described as friendly, sweet, and personable. The store is also known for its large and well-stocked technology section, offering great deals on quality items, as well as its clean, organized, and high-quality donations, particularly in the women's clothing department.
Been hitting up Goodwill's in areas we are visiting, just to see if we can find anything cool or something that is a steal and worth purchasing. We felt this location was overpriced and not nearly as organized as others we been to.

Very nice, large store. Big technology section is always full and has all sorts of great stuff that works too! Got a full pack of laser guns worth 50-60 dollars for only 10 dollars. Would visit again, planning to soon!

Very clean and organized. I don't know if all Goodwill's are going to a loyalty program but I personally would have the tag color of the week at1/2 price
