“Use to work for the company so ik what to expect, at least fir pennsylvania. This store was well organized and clean, but there was a huge section of products that didn't have any prices on them (looked like product from other stores.) Every employee I asked seemed to have no idea and didn't offer to either price it or apologize and say that they were repricing it for the next day. When I was done shopping, the cashier had some off colored comments about buying Halloween items early and gave some weird comments that left a bad taste in my mouth whenever I said they were for decorating early so I could enjoy them. The girl seemed friendly. However, she definitely me feel uncomfortable, and it wasn't professional at all.”

“This is by far the nicest thrift store I've ever been to!!! They are fair with their prices and have a huge selection of everything!!! Just wish they had a direct phone number so i could call and make sure theyre open before driving almost an hour to get there.”

“Pete and Polly has been a wonderful experience to sell and shop. Other places near by had up to a two week wait to sell clothing! I was able to sell the same day. The staff was helpful as I had my two small children with me. This store is designed for parents with children. They are friendly, patient, and understanding. The bathroom offers a changing table (even stocked with diapers in case you forgot yours) a potty seat, and a step stool. Small shopping carts for the kiddos to push around while you wait or shop. These small things really help a parent feel welcomed in a world that doesn’t cater to shopping with kids! I even messaged them on Facebook looking for something very specific and they got back to almost immediately to let me know if they had the item I was looking for. I will return as my kids grow continue to grow out of their things!”

“Lovely ecclectic store. Local artisans rent space so all the items have a very different unique feel. Hidden gem. Was looking for a 36in hutch for months, found a beautiful one for $100. Great prices, great products, great friendly helpful staff.”

“Great little thrift store! They have a great selection of used Furniture, Clothes, Books, and household goods and decor. The stock rotates pretty quickly, so you can expect to see new items every couple of weeks. It is actually a Charity shop as well. So all the proceeds go to helping the community! They run a food pantry on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12-2.The Thrift store is open Thursday and Saturday from 9-5.”

“I love this store!! By far my favorite thrift store of all time! I always leave with a great treasure. Everything is laid out very nicely and the displays are top notch! My only complaint is the rise in prices in the clothing department (especially when I see brands like shein marked for $8), but because of the half of Thursdays I'm not too bothered. The staff is always polite, I always have pleasant encounters. A particular one that stands out was with a younger cashier on a Monday morning, she was super helpful and cheerful. She skillfully answered all my questions and listened to my grievances about a certain price. Overall a great place to shop and would HIGHLY recommend!”

“Volunteers of America is the best thrift store I've encountered. It's always crowded and the prices are very reasonable - always 3 different colored tickets are on sale. 75% off, 50% off, 25% off. A lot of people are from the East Side of Cleveland or even further - Menonites from Holmes county come here often. Very good selection of clothes and home items or outdoor items. Their bathroom is always very clean.”

“I just recently went here and I really like the large selection of clothes. The clothes are not sorted by size but by color, which I like because I usually only wear certain colors. Also, I have found some designer items here that I usually don't run into at the other thrift stores.”

“Love this place. You walk in thinking you only need one item to buy. Hour later your shopping cart is full. Prices are the best I seen at thrift stores I been into and employees are always smiling and asking if I need help.”

“This is a great goodwill. I don't usually write reviews but I really wanted to come out here and say that specifically Corrine as hard working as hell. I swear she's the employee I always see cleaning the store front and greeting every customer. A lot of stores around here are trash but it's ppl like Corrine who keep nice places great.”

“I love this location. It’s close to my work. Only negative thing I can say is that last time I went they said they don’t do bags anymore (what?! charge 10 cents more per item and give me a dang bag) so I ended up juggling huge arms full clothes I got for my grandson out to the car. At least start months before warning people that starting such and such a date you’ll need to bring your own bags. >: |”

“Successful trip to the goodwill. The only thing is that they didn't give me a bag and I had a handful of stuff. But that's not really a big deal. They had a good selection of men's shirts.”

“Best Goodwill I've been to and I love it I go every weekend and Lym F and Jeremy the manager are wonderful people I love good customer service and it's hard to find that at stores and when me and my family shop here we receive the best service.”

“The store was clean to me it didn't smell that bad at all they have all kinds of stuff there but they are mixing the men's and women's clothes together making it hard to find stuff but you can find nice prices but only 2 tags are half price and 1 is. 99cents but they refuse to take $50 dollar bills I had spent almost $77 dollars but they still refused to take a $50 dollar bill claiming that they can't break a $50 dollar bill so if you do not have anything less than a $50 dollar bill you cannot shop there but Strongsville salvation army said that they don't take a $50 dollar bill but they tell you that if you spend close to that amount or over they will take it”
