BUT Alyssa at the AutoZone in Stow was so unbelievably helpful! I went in needing brakes, right away she found what I needed, suggested the best option and did it all with a smile on her face! Needless to say, this will be my go to location going forward because of her positive energy, knowledge and excellent customer service.”
“We have had the worst experience ever here. First we were going to wait for our car to be repaired-then Ellie came back and told us it would take 4 hours. So we asked for the shuttle to bring us home-they couldn't find the driver so the manager brought us home. 2 hrs later, she called and said the repairs were already done early. It took the shuttle an hour and a half to pick us up. After I paid our bill, I got a text adding $23.01 to our final bill-pay share amt. I called her and she told me that was because I used a credit card-which I was NEVER told would be added to my bill. We will NEVER go back there again!!!! WE ARE SORRY THAT WE WENT TODAY!!!! We don't appreciate getting ripped off!!!! IT SHOULD NEVER COST $800 TO REPLACE A THERMOSTAT!!! THE PRICES ARE OVER INFLATED!!! I HAD DEALINGS WITH RON MARHOFER BEFORE AND HE WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE COST FOR CUSTOMERS!!
I changed my review to 4 stars because Emil, the manager, called me and wanted to resolve this, so he gave me a credit for $23.01 for the credit card fee and 500 GM rewards ($5.00) it's the thought that counts--towards any repairs, etc. THANK YOU. And I also want to THANK RON M. for being so nice and having our car washed. RON is a great asset to your company.”
