“We went into this store so my mom could turn in her phone for trade in but we could not figure out how to reset the phone to factory and take it off of SOS mode. Hannah was unable to take the phone at that store because it’s not a corporate store, but she at least got our phone ready to turn in and told us which store we needed to take it too! She was amazing and if I wanted a new phone with Verizon this is the location I would make my purchase!”
