“I arrived at 8:10 pm on Sunday, thinking the store was open till 9:00 pm. Shortly after arrival, l heard the announcer politely encourage customers to make their purchase as the store was closed. I had difficulty finding the item I was looking for. A store attendant saw me and asked if he could help. He then guided me to the correct location for the item, and did so in a pleasant and friendly way, well past closing time. I'm noticing that customer service agents are very attentive to customers! Bravo!!!”

“My go-to hardware store for most of our home improvements and repairs. What sets this hardware store apart from others is the willingness to guide a novice like me through a repair. I learned the hard way that YouTube is not always your best resource on how to do home repairs but these guys at Cramer are! They have helped me through many repairs and have never guided me wrong on the products they have recommended. I always felt intimidated asking home repair\product ool questions at the big box stores but the employees at this hardware store make me feel comfortable to ask even the dumbest questions.”

“Having recently removed a tree on the decline in front of our house, I visited Pinecrest Nursery this morning to see what they had. Given the time of year, I was happy to see a good variety that was well taken care of. I was looking for a full foliage tree that would mature at around 15-20 feet and maintain it's leaves year around. The staff was very helpful and I was able to narrow the selection down to two varieties quickly. After a little further discussion, a decision was made....an American Holly tree. I highly recommend Pinecrest Nursery.”

“This place is a plant lovers plant dream ✨ I came in today and asked for some advice for 2 plants I have that are not doing great - the two women working were not only super knowledgeable and helpful (they told me my plant had spider mites ??) but they were also very friendly! They didn’t make me feel like a bad plant mom for being a chronic over-waterer and also not noticing my plant was literally infested with bugs . I walked out with 4 new beautiful healthy plants and a plan to hopefully save the sick ones ??. Definitely check this place out. Even if you’re not looking to buy new plants - this place is a vibe. ?”

“Home Depot does a good job of having virtually everything you need from a hardware store. I needed a 6 foot length of garden hose. They had multiple options. I would have given 5 stars but I had to find somebody to tell me where they put the hoses. It was outside in their garden center.”
“Yo shoutout to Mr. Gregory F. for helping my grandfather out this afternoon. I got a call from my grandad that he had lost his wallet with all his belongings in it, and was literally panicking. I quickly called The Home Depot, and was instantly connected with Mr. Gregory, I'm pretty sure he heard the frustration in my voice lol, but he quickly calmed me down and took my information. As I was calling to cancel his cards, Mr Gregory called me back with in 10 minutes and stated he had found it. I tried to offer to tip him and he would not take it. I hope this finds it way to The Home Depot Corporate, this man is AMAZING and I am truly grateful. Mr Gregory when I come visit Cincy, I will definitely be bringing you a few souvenirs from Las Vegas. Thank you again P.S. To the mamm/ sir who returned the wallet "GOD BLESS YOU". “Was there for electrical supplies. Struggled to find what I wanted. I'm not 100% on this next statement, but it seems to me that HD has less electrical components that Lowe's. I could be wrong, maybe it's that HD has their stuff spread across multiple aisles and Lowe's electrical is pretty much just in one aisle. I don't know, that's just how it felt. Take it with a grain of salt.”
“Went in today with my son to purchase some landscaping timbers. We stood there and wasn't greeted by anyone for 15 minutes. Workers walked past us and didn't say a word to us. Finally the cashier while walking back to her register, asked if we needed help and said she'd send someone over. Again, we waited. 4 more workers walked past us, didn't greet us and we would just leaving and coming to Lowes. The customer service was just SOOO bad. Once arriving at Lowes, we went to the garden center and got a few plants, greeted by every employee out there asking if we needed help. When we walked in to walk all the way across the store to the lumber, 6 employees were passed said hello and asked if we needed help. We got to the lumber area and just peeked down an isle where a worker was and as I turned around, he yelled from behind if I needed help finding something. Yes, I told him what I was looking for and he told me exactly where to get it. Long story short, go to Lowes. They're customer service exceeded expectations and Home Depot is just lacking in that department. Terribly. Lowes price was cheaper too AND their lumber wasnt moldy looking and cracked like Home Depot.”
“Yesterday I took my chainsaw in for a repair. This location has a tool rental that also repairs equipment. The staff at the tool rental went to work right away on my chainsaw. I bought it back in April and had a problem with the brake mechanism. Well this group quickly disassembled my chainsaw, found broken spring, repaired it, and gave it back to me within about 20 minutes. Great customer service. Great group of workers in the tool rental. I certainly appreciate it I'll be back”

“congratulations to the paint dept. I needed to repaint part of a wall and did not want to paint the whole thing. I found the 20 years old can of paint from Home Depot in the basement and they used the formula to match it perfectly. Moral - never throw anything out.”
