My Volvo has been out of warranty for awhile, but I only have it serviced at Volvo because every dealer has the same great service and I know the work is to the Volvo high standards of quality.”

I live in Las Vegas, NV, and Mike made this out of state purchase extremely simple. He FedExed my wife and i the paperwork to sign, sent it back to him, and the car hauler picked the car up the day after he received the paperwork. There was no typical saleman bs of back and forth negotiolating, or any surprise addons/markeups. I wish all car dealerships would be this friendly and make buying a car this simple. “I went in for a rental at the Norwood Ridge Road location and the vehicle that I reserved was left on empty from the previous renter, so the agent that assisted me, Amon'te, waived the gas fee for me and told me not worry about it. He was also very concise when explaining their policy, and he explained everything in a way that wasn't overwhelming (especially for a first time renter). The agent that assisted me with my return, Carrie, was super friendly and attentive. She seemed genuinely interested in my rental experience with Enterprise. She even addressed me by my first name. As someone who used to work in the customer service field, simple things like addressing customers by their first name is a way to make them feel valued. Top tier customer service from both people. Should I ever have to rent again, it's going to be from the Ridge Road location. They made my first rental experience really easy. 10/10!”

“Bought a used Toyota RX back in August 2023 and had a great experience from the researching on their website all the way to driving off the lot. Worked with a great salesman who provided guidance and showed us where to test the suspension of the car since we walked away from another RX earlier in the month from a different dealership due to a suspension issue. This allowed us to feel confident in our purchase and have no issues buying the car (bought in cash, so cannot speak about the financing). There was a broken windshield wiper but that was replaced no charge to us and got a second set of keys as well!This was my first time buying any car and it was a great experience with wonderful staff. It has now been 4 months and there has not been any issues that have surfaced from the car. I highly encourage you to consider this dealership when purchasing a used Toyota product!”

“The car was great. Very clean and nice. I got in and out of the door quickly on the day I picked up the car. The 5-star rating is primarily about the customer service I received at the Cincinnati-Columbus Road Enterprise location, which has made our family loyal Enterprise fans. We were lucky to work with Darrell, who provided us with warm, caring, efficient service from the minute we walked in, and throughout our rental car experience, which ended up being 162 days. We needed the rental car for almost six months following a traumatic accident my daughter was in, in which she was hit by a semi. The customer service we received at Enterprise on Cin-Columbus Road made a real difference - it provided a very positive, upbeat experience at a time when it was truly needed. At one point during this long-term rental, a situation arose when I was out of town. I needed help obtaining details about the car, and I needed the info NOW. I reached out to Enterprise and fortunately got Darrell on the phone. He understood the urgency and did everything in his power to help me. It involved a lot of steps on his end but he jumped in - just took care of business. I was truly amazed and moved by his level of commitment and care in helping out a total stranger who was in a tight spot. He helped me out the way you’d help out a friend. Above and beyond. We received the type of service that has made us loyal to Enterprise. Of course they’ll be our go-to car rental business moving forward. Thank you, Darrell!”
