From there every single agent I spoke to was apologetic but no better than the last one. No one did anything but blame everyone else and transfer me. We had to drive ourselves an hour away on Sunday morning to pick up another car after they picked the faulty one and failed to bring us one.”

He was also very concise when explaining their policy, and he explained everything in a way that wasn't overwhelming (especially for a first time renter). The agent that assisted me with my return, Carrie, was super friendly and attentive. She seemed genuinely interested in my rental experience with Enterprise. She even addressed me by my first name. As someone who used to work in the customer service field, simple things like addressing customers by their first name is a way to make them feel valued. Top tier customer service from both people. Should I ever have to rent again, it's going to be from the Ridge Road location. They made my first rental experience really easy. 10/10!”

“Bought a used Toyota RX back in August 2023 and had a great experience from the researching on their website all the way to driving off the lot. Worked with a great salesman who provided guidance and showed us where to test the suspension of the car since we walked away from another RX earlier in the month from a different dealership due to a suspension issue. This allowed us to feel confident in our purchase and have no issues buying the car (bought in cash, so cannot speak about the financing). There was a broken windshield wiper but that was replaced no charge to us and got a second set of keys as well!This was my first time buying any car and it was a great experience with wonderful staff. It has now been 4 months and there has not been any issues that have surfaced from the car. I highly encourage you to consider this dealership when purchasing a used Toyota product!”

“Randy did an awesome job picking up the slack from another Budget truck location that TOTALLY dropped the ball (Lexington Ky Versailles Rd) by not having my reserved equipment at the pick up location. I had to drive two hours north to get to this Budget location and I wish all of them were more like this one. Randy was incredibly helpful and accommodating during a wildly stressful day of my life and it was such a stark and welcome contrast to the incompetence exhibited by the Lexington location.
