“I have been a PNC customer for over 20 years and have dealt with several branches. I had to switch to the Union Cemetary branch about a year ago and had to deal with the manager, Lonnie. I don't understand the negative comments. Lonnie has been professional, courteous and helpful in all of my dealings, and I have had several. I definitely give her a 5 star review.”

“This is our nearest PNC branch that we've been banking with for over ten years. We opened student accounts when our girls went off to college here, and we've gotten many documents notarized. They've always been friendly and efficient. We went recently and they still have a drive thru and ATM, but the lobby is locked. We called to make an appointment to get docs notarized, and a manager greeted us to let us in. They are Covid conscious and use acrylic barriers and masks. We enjoy banking here!”
“I have to say that this location is amazing in customer service and being helpful. The Branch Manager OG Forest has always been very nice and is welcoming. There is never a time when I needed something that he didn't help me out and is always proficient about his work. Barbie Doll Kate is so courteous and has such a great personality. Always willing to help out and be there for the customer. Never have I had a bad experience there, it's always such a pleasant place to bank at. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for any Banking advice or needs. OG Forest and Barbie Doll are the main reasons I enjoy going to that branch. Just remember when your looking for a great bank to feel like a true and respected customer, then come to this location.”

“These people are awesome! I love this bank. Recently I went to closing for my house and was told I needed a cashier's check, not a personal check. Drove over and wrote a large personal check from another bank (it was more than the cash I had available in my Woodforest account) and got a cashier's check. Because I was a regular customer, and everybody there knew me, the cashier's check was approved. Any other big bank would have had me wait 5 days for my check to clear. My house sold without a hitch! It's nice being a part of a big bank but getting the personal service of a small town bank! Thanks”

However, they have noticeably stepped up their level of personal attention, at least at this branch, over the past 1-2 years. Every single time I've visited the Mason - Tylersville location over the past couple of years, I have left feeling like a truly valued customer. They consistently have provided personal attention including greeting me by name, asking about my family, and treating me like I was their only client.
