“This is a great local bank. The staff are great and is the reason I bank here. They tend to know their customers by name and are great to work with. It's a small bank, so the online banking service isn't the greatest but it works just fine, just takes one or two more clicks that other banks sites (the reason for 4 vs 5 stars). No worries about the service however, online bill payments and transfers have always worked just like the huge banks with the expensive fees. If you live near one of these branches, I recommend banking with Peoples. The people and service are great.”

“I have to say that this location is amazing in customer service and being helpful. The Branch Manager OG Forest has always been very nice and is welcoming. There is never a time when I needed something that he didn't help me out and is always proficient about his work. Barbie Doll Kate is so courteous and has such a great personality. Always willing to help out and be there for the customer. Never have I had a bad experience there, it's always such a pleasant place to bank at. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for any Banking advice or needs. OG Forest and Barbie Doll are the main reasons I enjoy going to that branch. Just remember when your looking for a great bank to feel like a true and respected customer, then come to this location.”

“These people are awesome! I love this bank. Recently I went to closing for my house and was told I needed a cashier's check, not a personal check. Drove over and wrote a large personal check from another bank (it was more than the cash I had available in my Woodforest account) and got a cashier's check. Because I was a regular customer, and everybody there knew me, the cashier's check was approved. Any other big bank would have had me wait 5 days for my check to clear. My house sold without a hitch! It's nice being a part of a big bank but getting the personal service of a small town bank! Thanks”
