“Needed brakes and rotors all the way around in addition to an oil change. The vehicle inspection they sent me was very detailed, even including pictures of issues. They were so busy I didn't think that they would get to it that day, but they did. Friendly, efficient service. I had my car the next day. Will definitely return.”
“We own a Winnebago Travato, which is converted from a Promaster 3500 van. Our chassis air conditioner went bad. Most auto repair shops won't touch it with a 99-foot pole because it was converted to an RV. When I called Friedman, they didn't bat an eye. They got us in the next day. They had to order a special part and were actually able to find it even though the dealerships had it on a 2 week back order. Once they got the part, they fixed the air conditioner that same day. The price was what I expected to pay. Customer service was great. I will use this repair shop in the future again. Now we can get back to our coddiwompling.”

“I cannot say enough how impressed and grateful I am for this shop!! My Honda CR-V was making horrific noises after a routine oil change and air filter replacement at Take5. After taking it back to Take5 only to find out they had put the wrong oil in my car, I was told it was fine, but the noise and vibration from the engine were even worse the next day. Very worried at this point, I called Paul at AutoCenters on a recommendation from a friend. He fit me in the same day, right before closing. He personally took my vehicle for a drive and within minutes had diagnosed and fixed the problem: the cover for the air filter had been incorrectly installed: twice. I am so grateful for his honesty and for seeing my car the same day. It was a HUGE relief. He has definitely made loyal customers out of my husband and myself. Thank you!!!”
