Ben at Enhanced Transmissions drove my car so he could listen to and feel the transmission. “I had been coming to this location when it was once Super Lube for years. when I tell you the best decision to come back and find out Annie's Auto is the same place that I have frequented with my other cars I made the right choice! Encountered someone named Matt and he was a breath of fresh air to even just talk to no gimmicks no bull straight to the point and will work with you every chance he gets! To me he's abundantly helpful but that seems to be his personality plus he's hilarious and I think people like him that are in our neighborhoods running a business needs to stay a staple in the community. Blocks from my home vs towing some place unfamiliar. I thank Annie's Auto for keeping that location open. My first experience at Annie's Auto was great even when something happened right after a repair. it was fixed the next day, they didn't have to squeeze me in I didn't even have an appointment this time but I was told to just come down well help you. only thing I've had a gripe with is they don't have a cooler so the owner needs to get a cooler in there LOL I wish they were open a little later but that's okay if you need something done, make time they'll work with you. Pricing was fair and reasonable, detailed inpection was accurate no mark ups and lies. I really love the texting app I work at a front desk and cannot just pick up the phone and talk business personally so the texting works wonders the response time is on point thanks again Annie's Auto, Matt & crew you rock!! “I thought I had a transmission issue. Turns out after running a diagnostic on my car. There was no transmission issue. I was only charged for Diagnostic. So in actuality I don't think this company is up to make money just because they specialize in a particular field. When I do have a transmission issue I will be taking my car back to them.”
“Just want to make sure my review is out there. These guys are freaking amazing!!!Took my 2006 Ford Expedition with cylinder misfires to 5 different mechanic places including a local Ford dealership. Three of the mechanics wouldn't touch it because apparently my Expedition has weird spark plugs. The others wanted to charge me a ton to replace the plugs.Found A to Z and these guys got it done quickly, efficiently and at a whole heckuva alot less then the other mechanics. Tim the mechanic is a rock star and Dorina is awesome too. Tommy the owner was great.Will be back for future repairs. Expedition runs great!!!”
