I went in there after spending at least 8 hours on the phones with different AT&T numbers and chats only to be left extremely frustrated after switching 6 lines from T-Mobile to AT&T. I went into the store as a last resort. Should have been my first step.
Louis was eager to help but needed my ID. I was unprepared and did not have it, in my frustration I took out everything on Louis going so far as to swear at him and voice my displeasure in the most unprofessional way. I am embarrassed of my behavior in that moment.
I went home, retrieved my ID, came back and Louis didn't bat an eye. He was ready to help despite my behavior, never so much as a hint of attitude. Solved my problems and got all my numbers moved to the correct phones through a painful 90 minute process.
Props to Louis. If I ever have another issue he'll be the first person I seek out.”

“Shelly and a co-worker (who's name I forgot) were great. They had to straighten out complicated issues caused by ATT's 3rd party door to door salesmen. I was very upset when I came to the store because the phone support couldn't figure out the issue but Shelly and her team calmed me down and handled the issue..
UPDATE: ATT HAS HAS THE PHONES IN THEIR POSSESSION FOR ALMOST A MONTH AND STILL REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE THE GM IS A BIG BABY MAN WHO THINKS ITS FUNNY

There they ignored me until I came to the rep (there were no other customers) and then was told rather rudely that it was an exact change store, no outright purchases were allowed (which I didn't want to do) and the when I asked about trade in credit was told that those deals were no longer in effect (they were and I got them at the Solon store.”
