“These guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. All in all since they couldn’t fix it, I got my money back, but if I ever have future phone issues, I’ll definitely be coming here. Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful efforts!”

“Came in with 2 iphones. One needed service for a month & the other needed a new battery. Got service hooked up on the one phone instantly & for under $20.The other phone we weren't so lucky with, after replacing the battery the phone was still being weird & CB, the employee that helped us really did everything he could to diagnose the issue & fix it. The phone was trash, but I am very happy with the CB & his hard work. This is the only place I will take my phones when we have issues, they are trustworthy & quick. Highly recommend!”

“I thought real customer service was dead. Until my phone died and I went in for service. Let me say , I was completely, happily shocked that I have received the absolute BEST customer service that I've had in years from Miss Kelsie D (Boost's newest employee) . She was not only friendly, but outgoing, service with a smile, and happy to assist with whatever the customer needs. I originally bought a new phone on Saturday from her , had difficulties with the service ,, went in the next day ,showed her the problem and she fixed it up quick ! She even threw in a few amenities to resolve the situation. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE TECH EVER . and that's saying a lot coming from this cranky old broad!”

This location had a helpful agent that ported the number and also provided a free Samsung Galaxy J Star for switching. They also will subtract 5.00 off the bill if you autopay it.”

“I took my mom to this Cricket location to get a new phone. As soon as we entered the building we were greeted by a very kind young lady name Leah. Leah helped my mom choose a phone and accessories to protect her new phone. While we were waiting to get everything changed over another really nice young lady name Allison helped my mom choose a Bluetooth speaker. Allison went over the features of the speaker and even demonstrated the volume for her. Once we were all done Leah informed my mom that if she needed any help setting up her phone that she can always come in and they would be happy to help her with the setup. These two ladies were very friendly and pleasant and made the change over quick and simple.”
