I had such a great experience here that I had to leave a 5-star review. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, it can be intimidating walking into a tire shop, but Tahj and Bridges were incredible from start to finish. I came in with a nail in my tire, and although I hoped it could be repaired, they clearly explained why it wasn’t safe or fixable. What really stood out was their honesty and respect, especially after I told them I had a tire warranty at Costco and couldn’t buy a replacement from them this time.
Even knowing that, they still went above and beyond. For a small fee, they offered to install my spare tire and got it done quickly. I was in and out in no time and never once felt pressured or taken advantage of. Tahj and Bridges are the definition of professionalism and true customer service. It is rare to find businesses that still operate with integrity and empathy, and because of this experience, I will be coming back here when it is time to replace my tires for good.”
