“After calling nearly all the Toyota dealerships in Ohio, I was able to find the truck my husband wanted. I was able to set up a time right before closing to come in to see the truck. Gabriel Pacheco helped us and did a fantastic job. He had the vehicle waiting for us when we arrived and we were able to drive, fill out paperwork and have possession of the vehicle within an hour. He even stayed a little after close to help us out. I know dealers work on commission but Gabriel still a great job regardless of that and I recommend asking for him if you stop by.”

“I've been coming here for a few years now every time my tire light goes off (so about, 2-3 times a year, usually at the ends of the cold season). There's one guy who almost always happens to be there and he cheerfully helps me add air to my tires without a scowl. It's great because despite being taught a zillion times how to add air to my tires, I still can't get it. This time, my tire pressure gauge was malfunctioning. Ugh. Anyway, the air is free, and the staff is great. I usually try to buy something from their convenience store in return as a thanks. The only reason it gets one star off is I would love to buy gas from them since it's super close by, but the prices are usually some 25-30c more expensive per gallon than other places nearby.”
