The customer service is amazing.Robert goes out of his way for uMy dad is legally blind and Robert didn't stop until he had my dad's phone where he could use it .I definitely would send my family and friends to sheblys Verizon.

Ladies are helpful but I don't like this transition period were they are switching over from Boost Mobile to the new company.. Should have stayed with Boost..
