“Called this store to learn about delivery options to Knox County residence. Friendly and helpful associate answered my question. I then purchased a ROKU TV through Best Buy website and scheduled delivery. It all went off without a hitch. I didn't order Geek Squad services so the delivery person simply placed the TV box in my house. But Best Buy had texted me set up instructions ahead of time so I knew it would be a polite but basic delivery.”
