I love CVS at Fairmount Blvd! It’s very bright, cheerful and friendly. The store is well stocked and the staff is very helpful! It’s one of my favorite places to go!

The manager over there is rude, she acts like she’s given you medicine for free or from her cabinet. Like we don’t pay for it. Women act like a real manager.

I go in to pick up my prescription and I see a girl screwing around on her phone. I’m the only person in line, clearly visible, I was even seen by what I can only assume in the pharmacist and not a single person helped me. An embarrassing display by underworked medical professionals.

Avoid the CVS at all cost specially the pharmacy. Go to the one in Shaker Heights . People are not nice and they give you wrong information.

The pharmacists here will ignore that you’re standing in line. Once they do decide to help you they have an attitude. Doctor had sent in my daughters prescription earlier and we drove up to check on the status. Pharmacist couldn’t find it in the computer, said someone hadn’t put it in yet on their end. However was told we could wait if we wanted. We left because they had no idea when it would get filled. I’ve waited all evening for the text that her antibiotics and inhaler are ready only to find out they are now closed!! Horrible service

The pharmacy texted me that my prescription, called in at 11:30 am, would be ready at 4:37. I got there at 4:45, waited in line for 30 minutes!!! while the pharmacist had lengthy phone calls about requested deliveries. When she finally got to me, she said they had expedited my prescription but it still wasn’t ready. What a farce—and a lie.

This was a bad experience. The older lady with the glasses has an attitude. I walked up to the counter and she told me they have self check outs. I made her show me how to use the machine. I didn’t have my cvs card and I wanted to make sure I received the care pass discount on my medicine. Why are they in there if they don’t want to help customers? I usually shop at the store on Emery Rd, this is where I will go from now on.

I feel a little uncomfortable leaving this review, as I have always been treated so nicely at CVS pharmacies. I admit I am pretty new to Ohio, and the one thing we have loved about living here is the kindness of the people we have come in contact with. I received a message today that my medication was ready to be picked up. When I walked up to the pharmacy counter, they did not appear busy. There was no one in line. I was greeted by a young woman who greeted me with " What do you want?" And it wasn't said in a nice wayI felt like she was upset that I had bothered her by walking up to the counter. It didn't matter what I asked or how nice I tried to be, it was obvious that I was a bother. I was really surprised at the almost $8 increase in cost and didn't mention it. I saw that my medication that had 11 refills ( originally picked up at the Cleveland Clinic Pharmacy) had no refills. Evidently, that didn't go over well either. I was told I could ask the pharmacist. I walked over to the consulting area, and the pharmacist was very nice. I offered to bring in the box my last prescription came in that showed 11 refills. Wondered if it was not read correctly. I was told this was incorrect because I am only supposed to take this for a short period of time.As far as I know, this is not the case. He agreed to contact the ordering providerJust got home and was just so tired by the rudeness I encounter with almost every visit that I finally decided to say something. I want to make it very clear that other cashiers have been really friendly and helpful

Incompetent staff (perhaps due to constant changes). Not only do they not honor appointments (for vaccine shot) but they bill for services NOT rendered! Arrived prior to app time & waited 40 min. Left for dinner reservation without shot and they still billed me.

Overall regular your cvs store. I want to warn you that the quality of the photo printing machine is horrible. If you need to do so, I recommend other stores or online printing options! Do not spend your money here.

This used to be my go-to pharamacy. I can walk there, but I would advise others to avoid until they get things together. Burnout is real, but don't be rude and take care in handling medications. I had to go in-person multiple times for an issue on their end. I figured out the issue, but had to go about getting my insurance company to help them read. They entered my information incorrectly, and I had to waste my time due to their poor abilities. I could give grace if any acknowledgement was given. The one person who helped me didn't even have the ability to check me out or acknowledge the error. The other person at least prioritized filling the prescription since I there in person and saw I heard the whole conversation with my insurance company. Mistakes happen, but it was very poorly handled multiple times. At least admit to mistakes, especially in handling folks medication!

The pharmacy is always super responsive and helpful. I've only ever had a couple of minor issues in the year since I started going here, and they've always been so prompt and helpful with resolving them.

No pharmacist. At 9:10 am the shutters were down with the phone ringing non stop. Checked hours they are supposed to be open at 9 am. Asked an employee who apologized saying there is no pharmacist, and had no clue when one would be in. What's going on here? This is shameful.

Received flu shot yesterday (administered by Pharmacist Ms Wilson). Pharmacy was understaffed - however Ms. Wilson was able to provide professional and focused care in administering my vaccine.
