“I live 40 minutes from this branch, which is still the closest since they closed a closer one during Covid. I walked in to make a deposit and walked back out in less than 5 minutes. I like the big bank capability when it comes with small rural town service, character, and values like this branch makes possible. It's even better than the one I used to use. Very comfortable setting and atmosphere.”

“Me and my dear grandma (who lost my grandpa on July 15,2022) would like to make sure that KARA (I hope this is how she spells her name. She's at the Versailles Branch) is recognized for her ability to go above and beyond for her customers! My grandpa did all the banking and now my grandma is left to do it and ANY question we have KARA smiles and helps us no matter how "silly" are questions may be. We always pray that Kara is there when we go in to this location because she honestly makes me and my dear grandma feel like we're human and not just people there to "annoy" her. I say that because there is a certain lady that made us feel that way but KARA was there to help.
