They have always seemed to go above and beyond the call each time I’m there and this isn’t my “home” location either so they don’t know who I am or have any reason to help as much as they do. Lost a debt card recently and the manager instantly took me into her office to get everything squared away. Was a huge help and got me in and out of there in less then 5 mins with a new debt card in hand as if nothing had happened. Can’t state enough how helpful and great this location is. You’d be crazy to not go to this location over any other.”

She's at the Versailles Branch) is recognized for her ability to go above and beyond for her customers! My grandpa did all the banking and now my grandma is left to do it and ANY question we have KARA smiles and helps us no matter how "silly" are questions may be. We always pray that Kara is there when we go in to this location because she honestly makes me and my dear grandma feel like we're human and not just people there to "annoy" her.
