“Initial Review: I'd like to first off thank one of the staff members named April at this Conrad's location I was at last night. I am still saddened how the quality of service was diminished by the manager's lack of communication towards me while I was already dealing with a very traumatic injury from a semi truck blowing its foghorn in my ear and a flat tire. April's very patient and attempted to the address the fact that I had just had a flat tire on the way to an ER in Lakewood. Hopefully when I pick up my car today it'll be a better experience and I can make a positive review update.
Final Verdict: Turns out my car sat for too long and the brakes needed a bit more drive time to loosen up. Ed handled everything professionally and pickup was easy.”

Rob & I were both shocked as to how expensive it is to replace an entire KIA SOUL exhaust system, but he talked me down off the ledge and we came up with a plan that worked out. Rob always has the best customer service in the repair business. Always professional, down to earth, and just a great manager. I will always take my vehicles to RAD AIR!

“I needed tires mounted for a race. I dropped them off, and they were done quickly! Vickie said they would have them done by the end of the day due to one of their tech being out. I got a call not even couple hours later and Vickie said they were done! I highly suggest this place for any services.”

I have only gone to Valvoline in the past, and wanted to try something new and J's was very close to me so I gave it a shot based on other great reviews.I am very happy with the service, and I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Price wise, it's pretty much the same as Valvoline when on sale via Groupon (which is what I have always done). Synthetic Oil Post-Tax came out to be $67. And the service provider did not try to upsell you on little things like wiper blades and air filters like Valvoline does.Highly recommend this company if you want to support local, and still pay a very reasonable price. 5 Stars.”

“Never waited more than 5-10 minutes to be in the garage. There’s always at least 3 people working on my car and they’re always attentive! I’m always greeted with a bottle of water and a smile. They’ve never pushed me into unnecessary services and they’ll check and fill up air, oil, and washer fluid between oil changes. This place will always be my go to for fast and friendly service.”

“I had a relatively minor problem for Bruce's, major problem for me late Thursday. I called and Emily could not have been nicer and suggested I get there as early as I can on Friday morning and that they would take care of it. Talked to Tim on Friday morning and he too could not have been nicer. Had me bring the car in immediately and got me in for my repair so that I could catch my flight on Friday afternoon. I cannot thank them enough, quality work, friendly, and reasonably priced service. Highly recommend!”
“Great overall shop that excels with speedy service and fantastic customer service. Alyssa was the most recent tech that helped me here. I appreciate how kind she and the rest of the team were. I was running late to work and they got me in and out very quickly. Never felt pressured or "sold" on things I don't need. They seem to only recommend services if they are genuinely applicable or needed. My only con, which isn't the shops fault, is that they are unable to reset my oil light indicator for my Volkswagen. Requires taking it to the dealer which is very unfortunate. I'll come to this shop for everything and anything else though.”

“EWWWWWWW!!! Just Left "Take 5" and during their routine they said they wanted to check the "Cabin Filter". HUH??! ? I had No Clue What the hell that was but agreed, They proceeded and open the glove box and in the back of glove box is apparently the Cabin Filter (in cars 2010 and up). They pulled that Filter out and MANNN WAS IT NASTY. Looked like a Birds nest mixed with Dust and debris! CLearly NOONE who ever owned this car got it replaced until now! Probably never knew! Wow! Learn sumpn new everyday. Glad they brought this to my attention”

“I’m a new customer at Conrad’s I took my car for the third time this year and I have read some bad reviews but I wanted to try the service and judge for my self instead of reading couple of bad reviews… and I must say they gave me great service and didn’t make me wait forever took my car in fixed it and I was on my way… I dealt with Bryan he is a good guy kept me updated and gave me an estimate and made the process easier… I will definitely be going back there in the future.”
