“We scheduled an appointment online. We were a bit nervous when we arrived and we're told they had our appointment down for a different day (even though we had text and email confirmation for that day)... but that is where the confusion ended. Every other aspect of our experience was above and beyond. They called when they said they would call, they didn't try to force unrequested service. They even emailed us detailed photos and descriptions of what work needed done asap and other things that were recommended, but not urgent (but not in a forced sales pitch way). Overall a great experience! Even the work they did, they had a repair not replace approach. I will definitely use them again.”

My very particular stepdad has been taking his cars to Bill for years. 18 months ago, I purchased one of his cars for my teenage daughter with 301k miles on it. It’s still going strong with 311k miles and I credit both my stepdad and Bill for its longevity! It probably also doesn’t hurt that it’s a Toyota. I started taking my own vehicle to Bill shortly after and can’t say enough good things about his fair pricing and honesty. I live 30 minutes away and will take my cars to Bill and team before I go anywhere else.”

Porsche of Beachwood has treated me very kindly throughout the years. 15 years ago when I was a looky-loo, ten years ago on a random used car they had, five years ago on a used Cayenne, and now on maintaining my 911. “Put simply, done right gets it, you guessed it: done right EVERY TIME! Having taken both of my vehicles here for over a year now I can say with confidence that this is one of the few trustworthy small shops left open. The entire crew are all very dedicated to the craft and are very personable and very knowledgeable. If you ever get a chance to talk to the shop's owner, Ray, you will not be disappointed with what he has to say! From the road the shop always looks busy but despite that they get you in and out under a week average, the size of the job doesn't usually matter. Building on that, pricing here is very fair for the labor and quality of parts used, which are top notch. An example of their prowess comes in the form of a job I had done midway last year: valve cover gaskets on a North Star V8. Typically a very arduous engine to work on both because of its over engineered design and high labor costs that usually surround it. Despite that, their quote for this job was a full THOUSAND 500 dollars lower than any other shop could give. Topping it off, as I mentioned previously, despite all the other open jobs they got me out in under a week with everything being done properly! To sum it up it's a shop that's been serving Cleveland's east side for well over 50 years. There's a good reason for that! I will be taking my vehicles nowhere else, so here's to another 50, gents!”
