“Dry cleaning is our need and New Albany Cleaners has been awesome to us. In the height of the pandemic after my parents moved here locally, they helped us out so much. Now that my husband is back on the road traveling again as offices are going back to reactivation, we're back again for our own needs. Love the service and couldn't be happier with the amazing staff. They are efficient, professional and their service cannot be beat. Super happy with New Albany Cleaners after 3.5 years!Service: Dry cleaning”

“I really do like going to do my laundry at this place except there is a women at night who yells at me all the time and tells me to hurry up and get my laundry done and get out, so she can get out of there. Not cool.”

“We have large Winter comforters on our beds and we utilize the industrial washers to clean them. $10 for the largest washer which seems high but if you live in Huber Ridge the water bill is insane. Doing it this way saves both time and money.”

“They still accept quarters. The many places near me, you have to put money on a card inorder to use their washers/dryers. I am a coin collector too, I buy more quarters and recycle the ones I don't need back into their machines.”

“The site itself and the equipment were better and cleaner than most laundromats. However, apparently they have transitioned away from using the Speed Queen app recently and if you, like myself had funds sitting in the app, an employee on site has since drained said funds from those accounts. I am now out the funds I had on my account and have to find somewhere else to do laundry at.EDIT:After stopping in this afternoon and talking with the MOD J and the other Manager B, they found out what had happened and had the issue reversed in minutes. This team is very responsive to customer concerns, which is deeply appreciated. I'll be back later today!! From 1 star to 5!!”

“Exceptional Cleaner, honest owner, and competitive pricing. Best cleaner in town. Doesn't ruin your buttons and clothes like some others (e.g. Swan). I would recommend them to anyone. A++++”

“It's a very good place to go to wash your clothes for a very low price and maybe cheap laundromat. The place is very clean and sometimes the washers and dryers may not work but they are very quick to fix them and it's really a great experience in watching your clothes especially if you are trying to stay on the budget for a good quality. And it's good that they accept credit card so that way you don't have to care around change or money and you could just swipe your card. Anderson a good area where if you want to get some shopping or something done while your clothes are washing or drying you can go to the stores nearby or around the area and they also have TVs playing so you can watch the TVs and they have a bathroom in there that you can use if you are a customer. I would say if you are in the area and need to wash your clothes this is a great place to go. ???”

“I had a great experience at this laundry mat! So clean, working washer and dryer’s, ATM and coin machine, I didn’t have to leave! And the plants are so beautiful and gives the laundry mat a home like vibe.”

“Good place to wash great prices and good washer and dryers, they sell laundry detergent and dryer sheets for a dollar. Just watch your surroundings here, this is Columbus so be aware and make sure you lock your vehicle up. But it's mostly peaceful around here just wash, dry and leave, and the only reason this place gets a four-star it's because of the trash in the parking lot.”

“I had a very adequate experience. The machines I chose worked very well and for $4.50 I washed and thoroughly dried a basket of laundry. There was no loud, blaring television or screaming throngs of kids - just me and some other guy getting our laundry done. It was a nice, relaxing atmosphere fully in tune with the neighborhood vibe.”

“You just cannot beat the price for quality and efficiency. Don't expect a Tide, Swan or Callander facility. They are small and keep overhead to an absolute minimum...that's how you get their price and quality. One other important note: You must prepay...another way they keep their overhead and no show/no pays low.”
