The crowd can get a little hectic and busy, but it works. Like any place they have high hours. Go really early or later in the evening you'll be fine”

“This coin laundry place is usually clean and has enough machines. Free Wi-Fi is available, which might explain why the cost is a little high. Regardless of that, it is my favorite coin laundry on the North of Columbus. The machines work on quarters and most washers also accept cards.”

“I started going here when I lived in the South Side after my washer broke. I live on the east side now and still make the trek back here whenever I need a laundromat. Reasonably priced compared to many laundromats I've used, friendly staff, free drier days Tuesday-Thursday, well-maintained and sizable units, and remote start (so you don't need to worry about bringing a bag of quarters if you don't want to). Only flaw is that I've never had a drier finish my clothes in 1 cycle, but it's not a big issue considering I only go on free days.They have a LOT of other services, but I've never used them so I can't really comment.”

“The washers and dryers are really cheap. That's the #1 thing I love about this laundromat. I love how my clothes come out and how I can just come here and leave with great feedback. The washing machines will charge about 50 or 75 cents more only on how you set them to wash but it's all good.”

“It's a very good place to go to wash your clothes for a very low price and maybe cheap laundromat. The place is very clean and sometimes the washers and dryers may not work but they are very quick to fix them and it's really a great experience in watching your clothes especially if you are trying to stay on the budget for a good quality. And it's good that they accept credit card so that way you don't have to care around change or money and you could just swipe your card. Anderson a good area where if you want to get some shopping or something done while your clothes are washing or drying you can go to the stores nearby or around the area and they also have TVs playing so you can watch the TVs and they have a bathroom in there that you can use if you are a customer. I would say if you are in the area and need to wash your clothes this is a great place to go. ???”

“I walked in at about 4:30pm and wanted to see if they could do same or next day alterations on a pair of pants. They told me it would take 5 day turn around currently… But thanks to Kenny they were able to help me out in a pinch! I will definitely be returning here for business many times in the future! “First time I was there, empty weekday.I went on a Saturday and it was packed.Lots of people, was really smooth.Machines work well.You put money on a card.Vending food and drinks.Lots of T.V.S and chairs.Folding tables as well.They do have a bunch of carts for laundry and hanging it.Cool place”

“I was there on a Saturday morning and the lady was very helpful and kind. I haven’t been to a laundromat in years. The only thing is it’s all coins they do have change there. It would be nice to be able to swipe your credit card and use the washing machines but again it was the old-school laundromat and I had a great experience.”

“Family owned and friendly staff. Clean equipment. Maybe 2 or 3 machines out of order . They offer 4 different size washers...... one load ($4), 3 loads ($6), 4 loads ($8), and 5 loads ($10). Run time is about 25 minutes. Dryers are 25 cents for 5 minutes. 3 loads fit in a dryer and clothes were dry in 20 mins. Tide powder detergent is available for sale $1.25 for 1 load and Snuggle dryer sheets (2) for $1. All machines take quarters only but there is a change machine there that will take 1s 5s 10s & 20s. They even have a plastic dish to put your quarters in, which is very helpful when you get 80 of them!! I've been there a few times and there were only 2 or 3 other people there so it is definitely not busy. Last wash is 6:30 but I would go earlier because I've seen them closed at 6:15.”

It’s generally clean. I would give 3 stars if there were more convenient and budget friendly competitors but there are not.”

“It’s a good place to wash and dry. You only pay to wash and the dryers are free. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because some of the washers are always out of order. But other than that it’s good and with the Infinity 99 next door, you can grab laundry detergent or other cleaning and washing supplies if you need them at an affordable price”
“Pierce has been a Columbus institution for almost a century, and their success is well deserved. As a millennial who doesn’t wear suits I don’t have a lot of call for dry cleaning, but I recently used their wash and fold service. I dropped off my laundry at around 7 am and it was ready for pick up by 12:30 pm. You can’t beat that for service, and their staff is friendly and polite.”
