“I just visited Crossroad Auto Repair, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about their craft. Cody himself took the time to explain the issues with my car in a way that was easy to understand, without any of the usual jargon that can be so confusing.
The service was prompt, and they completed the repairs quickly even though I was a walk in customer, as my engine oil leaked, l was really stuck because I had been traveling from PA. So his urgent help I really appreciated! My car now runs smoother and I am back on the road in less than an hour. Also, the pricing was fair and transparent—no surprise fees or unnecessary upselling. They did not take advantage of my situation, and truly helped me so they are definitely a 5 stars from me!”

Also unfortunately I've experienced many auto shops who have talked down to me like I couldn't possibly know an. The owner here did not. He listened to my description, and talked to me as a peer. Which I really appreciate.”
“This place is great for taking care of oil spraying your car or truck. My only concern is that the employees should wear protective gear and respirators to minimize health issues. I would gladly pay more for the spraying so protective gear could be purchased.”

He put in a whole new exhaust and double catalytic converters and I saw the prices in his computer when he looked it up. He got me the best deal possible. Much cheaper half as much than anyone else would have charged!”
“Well first off I went to another tire shop and they said that I was going to have to wait 3 hours to get one tire put on so I came here told them my situation told them that I was homeless with the baby and they helped me out 100% they did not charge me to put the tire on and they gave me two brand new free tires these people are damn good here I would recommend them to anybody”

“I had new tires put on my Jeep and overall, I had a very good experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center at their Ranenna location.I made my appointment at 7:00 am (the beginning of their operating hours). They did not unlock their doors to let customers in until about 7:10. I actually called them at 7:05 and they told me they couldn't open up until a “higher up” came in. However, it was worth the wait.Once they opened things up, they were very friendly and got to work on my Jeep. Before I knew it, they had my tires replaced and I was on my way.The tires I bought were Goodyear Reliants and Walmart had them on sale for a very reasonable price. Before choosing Walmart I had done some online price comparisons, and having my tires replaced at Walmart saved me about $250.00.I am very pleased with the tires I bought and the service I was given. I will not hesitate to use the Ravenna Walmart Auto Care Center in the future.”

“i used to go to garro tire for all of my service, a recent experience with them made me feel like they were just changing out parts and not fixing the problem, i came here to try action tire out, nick immediately made me feel welcomed, the facility and bathrooms were clean, nick also fixed the problem that other places , and three other dealerships couldn’t figure out. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else.”
