“Put 4 used tires on my Honda accord yesterday. Service was quick and very good. The used tires are in good shape and I think the deal was fair but not excellent. They had about 7/32s tread on them and new ones would have 10 so about 70% tread left. I am a little upset about this as I made my decision to purchase based on them being described as having 80 to 90% tread. I am partially to blame though as I should have looked tires over before purchase rather than telling them to just do it. I’m sure it was just a misunderstanding and not intentional deception. I may go with new tires from them next time to get more bang for my buck. Still a good place though.”

“Talked with 3 different people there. Everyone was exceptionally helpful. They took my car for test drive and called back with needed repairs. Did repairs next day. What I like most is that they really looked into the actual problem and did not put unnecessary parts on . They gave recommendations on what will need in future. He is the first mechanic I ever had that took my wife and me on test drive after repairs. Really appreciate that service.

“I just visited Crossroad Auto Repair, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about their craft. Cody himself took the time to explain the issues with my car in a way that was easy to understand, without any of the usual jargon that can be so confusing.
The service was prompt, and they completed the repairs quickly even though I was a walk in customer, as my engine oil leaked, l was really stuck because I had been traveling from PA. “This one-star review is the greatest travesty to an honest mechanic I may have ever seen. Bob and his son in law are the most honest and skilled mechanics I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He used to fix my cars from his home. Trust me... As a 19-year-old s*** kid who beat the crap out of my car, they did the best they could to keep it running at a fair price... Bob had been taking care of my family for well over a decade and truly understood what it took to run a fair business. Even after I moved away he would provide advice over the phone. You cant ask for a more honest straightforward person. I truly miss the fact that I cant trust him to care for my cars as I have moved out of state. If I could I would ship my cars from FL to be repaired here I would, and these are the guys that would call me and ask me how I managed to break stuff no one else did. He put in a whole new exhaust and double catalytic converters and I saw the prices in his computer when he looked it up. He got me the best deal possible. “Great place! If you get your vehicle oil spayed by these guys every fall, the winter salt won't ever get a hold of your vehicle. They do a fantastic job using non-recyled oil. This is my 1999 S-10 that they have been oil spraying.”
