“A1 auto is highly recommended, I called in the day prior and was set up with an appointment relatively quickly. After taking my vehicle in he quickly diagnosed and came up with a plan for repairs and called with the quote. Parts were ordered and car was fixed same day, he had even stayed past closing time to finish my vehicle and get it back to me after hours. “Glad we used them for our vehicle repairs. They weren't a guaranteed shop with our car insurance, but they had way better reviews then the place they gave us. So happy we went with them. They were efficient and took no time to get started on our vehicle. One place couldn't even get us in for almost a month which was not ideal since we couldn't use the car. Caliber collision was friendly and kept us notified of the entire process. Very happy with the work they did.”

“I bought steel wheels and winter tires online and I needed someone nearby to mount them and put them on my pickup truck. I called one day for an estimate and had the work done the next day. Took less than an hour and the fee was reasonable since they also needed to install my new tire pressure sensor valves too. Nice little clean waiting room with TV and a coffee pot. Everyone was neat, friendly, and efficient. I'd recommend them to anyone in the Hartville area.”

“This one-star review is the greatest travesty to an honest mechanic I may have ever seen. Bob and his son in law are the most honest and skilled mechanics I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He used to fix my cars from his home. Trust me... As a 19-year-old s*** kid who beat the crap out of my car, they did the best they could to keep it running at a fair price... Bob had been taking care of my family for well over a decade and truly understood what it took to run a fair business. Even after I moved away he would provide advice over the phone. You cant ask for a more honest straightforward person. I truly miss the fact that I cant trust him to care for my cars as I have moved out of state. If I could I would ship my cars from FL to be repaired here I would, and these are the guys that would call me and ask me how I managed to break stuff no one else did.
