“Keep in mind, UPS Store is not the same as UPS, UPS Store is a franchise. That being said, UPS completely flubbed my signature required delivery, they never showed up at my door while I was home that morning and sitting right by the door waiting (losing 1/2 day work). The UPS Trabue customer center is permanently closed; as I rarely get packages due to the abysmal delivery of UPS, I didn't realize that, so I turned to UPS Store for help. This store was amazingly helpful, sensitive to my dilemma (my item was an irreplaceable hand-made/sewn birthday item shipped from Washington state) and answered so many questions that UPS just isn't there to handle. Thanks to the Store, I was able to figure out how to reroute my item to the Store after UPS claimed to have come (no knock, no post-it on my door, contractors parked by my building didn't see the UPS truck either!); however, UPS charges for reroute, which UPS should've footed (not the first time they've flubbed a delivery to my townhome). Nonetheless, UPS Store was the lifesaver and had excellent customer service; it's a pity they use "UPS" in their store name since their service is excellent and the company delivering to them (UPS) is abysmal for customer service. Highly recommend UPS Store and am very grateful for their assistance; a total of 4 different employees assisted me over a 2 day period and each one 5-star excellent! Thank you!”

“There are several reasons to use this store for U-Haul. The first is simply the people. They are nice, a quality that goes a long way when you have to move stuff. They have a lot of trucks, so I have been able to get trucks on two different August Saturdays, a busy time. They also have a lot of parking. They have gone out of their way to make my tasks easy (I won't raise expectations by listing favors done, but the folks here are very considerate).”
“I went into fax my taxes into my accountant. I’m used to doing it from my home office but I’m on the road right now. Between dealing with staying in a motel and hit with blinding allergies, I just wanted this done for me. There was a young Asian woman behind the counter on this Saturday 3/23/24, and she tried to walk me through it, finally I offered her cash to just do it for me. She did do it for me but would not take my cash. What a lovely, hardworking, respectful person!”
“Imagine all of the services of the post office, but with no long lines and good customer service. It does exist and can be found in a shopping center in Upper Arlington. They have shipping and mailing services for USPS, Fed Ex and UPS all in one place, which is really convenient. They also offer printing services, but I have never used those. I believe it is under new ownership, and they really brought the business back to life. They are closed on Sundays.”

“I had a large power tool that was a family heirloom that I inherited. I live in San Diego and it needed to ship from the Dayton, Ohio area. I contacted Craters & Freighters after a google search for shipping assistance. Jessica returned my inquiry within 24 hours! I was very impressed and grateful as she walked me through the process over multiple emails. Her patience and clear next steps assured me that the 3rd generation, irreplaceable item would be handled with care. The process was seamless with Jessica informing me every step of the way. I received the machine in perfect condition and was surprised at the unsolicited feedback when the trucking company driver explained that Craters & Freighters are the best company in the business! “Seeing all the negative reviews here I felt a need to post.I live nearby and have been shipping, dropping off Amazon and picking up here for years and have never had a bad experience, on the contrary usually a few chuckles. I also tape my own boxes.I've also been to many stores that make me buy tape to seal packages. The second the company seals it they assume liability for any failure. I would not do it either. Don't be so cheap, buy some tape!”
