“The staff, especially Tom and Jason, were friendly and very helpful when we had them hold the chair from their stock for us. Our nearest store did not have one. When we picked it up the next day, we noticed a slight tear. They immediately replaced the chair on the spot, even though it required Jason to assemble a second chair. They were super professional, friendly and accommodating. You just don’t see that anymore. Thank you.”

“This location exceeded my expectations. The help I received from Neche was exceptional! She packaged my son’s laptop superbly and in the words of my son “ i can’t believe how nicely packaged that was lol”. I also had a moment of panic in the store when I could not find my wallet. Neche told me that it was probably in my car, not to panic and go check. She could definitely sense I was about to have a panic attack. I ran out of the store and went to my car where of course, I found it. I then realized I ran out and just left the laptop on the counter. She had secured it and waited for my return. Just a really nice human and I am grateful for having her wait on me. Thank you Neche! ??”
