If only 10 Stars were available! We have been using Jim and Paula's services well over 15 years - they are "gems" in every way! Their efforts to please, as well as their expertise, is unbeatable. We consider them as our friends. Oh! Let's not forget their welcoming hostess, Birdie! Really recommend Powell Jewelers!
