“Absolutely love this shop! The owner is so kind and friendly and has many beautiful bags, wallets, and other designer items from luxury brands that are difficult to find in Columbus, Ohio. Her selection rivals all second hand stores in town, and many items are brand new. The consignment and purchase process is very simple and easy to complete. Not only can you shop the bags online, but you can sell your bags online as well and fill out a form and if she is interested she will let you know the next steps for consignment or purchase. Definitely recommend if you are looking to buy luxury goods or sell the ones you have!”

“Jim is the kindest guy and an excellent jeweler! When my husband proposed in 2018 he found me this beautiful and unique art deco filigree piece. At the time I wasn't sure of my ring size and he got me a 4 although it's a 3.5. For years I have been wearing a bumper on it so it fits, which I know that sounds ridiculous to wear a bumper for so long but time just got away from me. Unfortunately the band on the back started to wear and I became worried it would break. I brought it in to a few local jewelry stores and they were afraid to add a shank and resize due to the delicate nature of the ring but Jim not only agreed to do it but he was so friendly, and seemed invested in the process! Pricing was very reasonable, service was fast, and my ring looks as good as new! Thank you so much!”

“If you are looking for a quality jeweler, exceptional service and a gorgeous showroom in the Columbus area then Krysty’s Designs is for you! Shortly after becoming engaged I noticed my diamond was lose. I brought it to a different jeweler who was rude and refused to work on the piece. In a bit of desperation I found myself at Krysty’s; the in house jeweler diagnosed the problem with the ring and explained in detail the process to remedy the problem. I felt confident leaving my ring in the hands of this shop and was called back in before my expected return date! When I got my ring back I immediately noticed it was buffed and cleaned, looking better than it did coming out of the box! Krysty’s will be the only store I trust with any future repairs and I hope to design my fiancé’s wedding band with the amazingly talented jeweler.
