“I actually didn't visit Mitchell brothers but I'm reviewing it anyway because the man who answered and the level of integrity he showed me. I could tell by the background noise and the 3 conversations the poor guy was having, successfully I might add, I needed a single overly popular sized tire that was pretty much sold out everywhere else, he couldn't find it at first as he's being multitasking Mike, or whatever his name is, so he asked if it was okay that he calls me back after confirming he had the tire I needed and the price. Expecting never to hear from him, but totally understanding what a leg-less man competing in a one legged butt kicking contest sounds like, I agreed and give him my number. I didn't have to wait very long at all, he found the tire, gave the price, which was competitive with others had I ordered a new tire, that price along with all the others were I'ma but iyt if my price range for a single tire, luckily I had just got the news at Walmart that they found the leak and were able to repair it using a special hybrid pouch. Had I needed to fork over the money I would have, and it would've been there at Mitchell Brothers, if not for any other reason than the man followed thru with his word of simply calling me back. I guess that's the saddest thing about people these days, personal or professional, people rarely do what they say or promise to do, yet thus total stranger did and his only incentive was the price of a single tire. That's a true professional who's in the game for servicing the customer the right way.”

“Would like to not have to go back and forth working out a final deal. Would be much simpler for me to tell you where I need to be on trade ins, etc. and then work backwards from there. Offering me $6000 less that bottom KBB trade in value when you say you base your trade values on KBB is ridiculous. Ultimately we were able to agree to a deal, but this makes buying a car aggravating. Not sure who enjoys the process”
