“Would like to not have to go back and forth working out a final deal. Would be much simpler for me to tell you where I need to be on trade ins, etc. and then work backwards from there. Offering me $6000 less that bottom KBB trade in value when you say you base your trade values on KBB is ridiculous. Ultimately we were able to agree to a deal, but this makes buying a car aggravating. Not sure who enjoys the process”

“I actually didn't visit Mitchell brothers but I'm reviewing it anyway because the man who answered and the level of integrity he showed me. I could tell by the background noise and the 3 conversations the poor guy was having, successfully I might add, I needed a single overly popular sized tire that was pretty much sold out everywhere else, he couldn't find it at first as he's being multitasking Mike, or whatever his name is, so he asked if it was okay that he calls me back after confirming he had the tire I needed and the price. Expecting never to hear from him, but totally understanding what a leg-less man competing in a one legged butt kicking contest sounds like, I agreed and give him my number. I didn't have to wait very long at all, he found the tire, gave the price, which was competitive with others had I ordered a new tire, that price along with all the others were I'ma but iyt if my price range for a single tire, luckily I had just got the news at Walmart that they found the leak and were able to repair it using a special hybrid pouch. Had I needed to fork over the money I would have, and it would've been there at Mitchell Brothers, if not for any other reason than the man followed thru with his word of simply calling me back. I guess that's the saddest thing about people these days, personal or professional, people rarely do what they say or promise to do, yet thus total stranger did and his only incentive was the price of a single tire. That's a true professional who's in the game for servicing the customer the right way.”

“So I’ve had loud noise coming from driver side of my truck. I’ve had it two different ford dealerships and one local mechanic all telling me different diagnoses. I’ve had the differential replaced and hub assembly and actuator on left side they told me was bad. Still had the noise after each mechanic worked in it. They blamed tire noise. So I go and spend $800 on new tires and made appointment to make sure it wasn’t an alignment problem. Went to Pollocks alignment today and told mechanic the issue I was having. In 15 minutes he diagnosed it. It was a right side wheel bearing and he had it fixed and done all in 45 minutes and reasonable price. All along it was the problem not all the other stuff mechanics told me and cost me over $4000 dollars. I didn’t even need alignment. I highly recommend pollocks for repairs. This will be our new go to mechanic now.Service: Steering & suspension repair”

“A-1 Has always been my go-to for all my glass and plexi needs, yes there are very few alternatives in the way of competition but if you look at the fact that, until this review I've never been bothered to LOOK for alternative glass guys, and it's not like I come from money and just blow it despite the level of service. No, they have always treated me with the respect and appreciation I expect to be treated with. They give you honest opinions for example this most recent visit I had ordered the glass I was picking up, but when I came in to order I told them what the intended purpose was and I asked them what was the best way to go, tempered or not, the choice they offered me actually saved me money and I got the better deal. Like dealing with many businesses, if you walk in and demand this and order employees to do that, you get what you get so don't get upset, respect us a two way street, being the customer does not make you the sheriff of said street, feel me?!?”
