Had a spectrum router for 4 years went bad took it back down and they replaced it no problem but it had Less ports than the old. Of course it was the weekend so I had to wait till Monday. Went down to the local office told her my problem. I needed another port and all she could say was sorry.

Karen is an excellent employee. Usually companies only hear negative issues. Karen was friendly, knowledge and went above and beyond to explain everything and you could tell customer satisfaction was her top priority. Employees like that are hard to find.
