“This message is regarding AT&T and the service that I received at the Portsmouth, Ohio location!I was eligible for an upgrade on my phone, but I was not looking forward going through all of the waiting and the paperwork of purchasing a new phone!Well, Deana was the young lady that took care of us! She was extremely helpful, very caring and super nice and most of all, she listened and responded!Deana, truly made our visit to AT&T in Portsmouth, an extremely positive and reassuring one!
