“Clean and great selection. I'm used to TJMaxx having some aisles where 2 carts don't fit, but there was more than one aisle where only my cart was touching clothes on both sides. It felt cluttered because of this, but hey, more awesome deals, right? Being able to walk right into Home Goods from TJ was awesome, too.”

“Lots of nice stuff. I was looking for plus size women's clothes. They had a nice selection. It's still nice to actually see and feel and, if need be, try something on before buying. There was practically no one at the store a couple days before Christmas. I fear it is only a matter of time before there will be no more brick and mortar stores.”

“They are kinda pricey seems like they have a lot of the same items as temu they don't announce that they are fixing to close the dressing room so you have no warning and they close at 930 but they have a lot of different things”
“We were greeted and assisted by a very helpful staff. The furniture was what we wanted, but was not in stock. We pre-paid for the furniture, as soon as it comes in on their next supply. I enjoyed the staff tremendously but the store's tool option were extremely limited. I mean this is the worst selection of tools in any Big Lots I have ever been in, from Cleveland, Ohio, to South Carolina. Even the tools that were supposed to be there weren't in stock. Empty racks and hangers. Again, excellent staff.”
“I think it might be better than Walmarts. A lot more middle class to upper class. But came out to be a nice store. Don't remember it being so big and having everything there. 5 stars for Meijer. *****”

“This place had sooo much more stuff than the store in my hometown, except for furkid clothes... Not very many at all (was a little disappointed). Was hoping to find something for my baby girl.Found some cute items that were on clearance.Quite a few Easter items.Will be back when I get up that way again.”
“Usually has most everything in stock that should be there. This is one of the scarce remaining supermarkets in town that are open until midnight everyday. It's unfortunate that they no longer remain open overnight though - they would fare tremendously if they did so because they would be the lone ranger and get ALL the business from an ever-growing Hilliard/Galloway/Dublin/West Columbus market with no other option from 11pm-6am.
Hopefully Meijer management considers returning to a 24-hour model.”
“They are always so helpful here and prices are decent. They now have online pickup which is convenient. The only downside is there are no places to put carts other than inside the store. I'm the type of person who feels awfully guilty if I leave a cart anywhere but where it belongs so I don't do it unless it's absolutely necessary. But it would make it more convenient for families with kids and when the weather is bad. But other than that, it's a good farm store.”
“Ingrid (I believe the manager) at the Starbucks inside the Target at Hilliard Rome was AMAZINNNGG. She was so sweet to talk with, went quickly making drinks for us all ANNND gave me samples of the frozen lemonade drinks they are offering currently. I mentioned I was curious but not sure. She made my drink, proceeded with other customers, and put up 2 samples for me and another mom during the course of making several drink orders. I haven't had anyone at a Starbucks go into the drink details and give samples IN YEARS...So Appreciated it, Thank you Ingrid! I will definitely be back for more.”

“This is my go to for light jobs around the house. The store is clean and well stocked. I personally have a hard time finding things when I come in, but that’s probably more on me than the store. That being said, I always am able to quickly find an associate and every one I find is knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help!
There is also a possibility of being a ‘one stop shop’ for some customers; aside from home improvement they have groceries, pet supplies, and even a toy section!”

“Nichole did a great job cutting and styling my hair until it grew back after over processing and styling. Products available at Salon useful at home. Missing hair less noticeable with bowl cut...Used JCP Salon for routine styling and products. No trouble with parking availability even on Saturdays.”

“This store had 4 checkers and long lines for each one. They have self-check stations, but there were only 3 people using them. I got in one of the long lines. I don't work for Walmart, so I want someone who does check my purchases.”

“This is one of the few Hollisters that I actually enjoyed going too! You know what this store has that many others don't, it's got a clean clearance section! I bought a few shirts there too that I'm currently wearing while in the process of making this review. I do want to point out the one gentleman that works there during the evenings, I forgot his name is great with customer service and definitely enjoyed his warm attitude which brightens up the whole store. Too bad I won't be in the area any time soon. It's definitely a decent place.”
“Jeff Hardy their mattress specialist was so very knowledgeable. He explained the many features of different levels of mattresses across several brands including a hotel brand. He made us knowledgeable about firmness levels and designs, coolness & comfort aspects of gels, memory foam and natural fabrics, springs or no springs and quality levels of springs. Jeff made us feel confident in our choice (Stearns and Foster Lux series). We shopped exhaustively and Macy's prices are better than most on brand products. On better mattresses you have 100+ days to make sure it works for you or exchange it for $99 pickup fee. I recommend Jeff Hardy at the Britton Pkwy Macy's furniture store.”
“This is my OG Macy's in the City. I have been coming here since I moved to Columbus and the mall and surrounding area was full of shops. To this day, I always find items here that are not at Polaris or Easton. I think it is because the store possibly has less traffic being in Tuttle Mall/Tuttle Crossing but I love it and I like to visit when Macy's have their big sales.When in the area, I cannot resist stopping in and will drive out from downtown just to go here. This visit, I even found a new jacket I have been looking for. I had not seen this option at other locations (but was on the app). It was here and it was on sale! Big Win and YAY!The mall itself is still worth a walk through but is nothing like it was 15-20 years ago. It is good to see that this Macy's is still here. They have a Macy's Backstage inside the store and if my memory serves me correct it was the first in the area. It's always worth a look around too.The store is a traditional Macy's layout and has everything you would expect. It's not my favorite location, but one of my favorite stores. Especially for the inventory and finds.”
“I have always been given Great service. They are friendly caring knowledgeable. Always take the time to make sure you understand your medication and if you have any questions they would always answer it for you. The head pharmacist Tony and his team are far away are the best pharmacist out there.”
“The customer service is mostly good. The pharmacy and the people on the pharmacy staff have always been very helpful and take the time to go over any new medications with you.
I do have to say, though, that the produce department is poorly managed and has been for a long time.
A store of this caliber that is pretty much ALWAYS busy should not run out of things as often as this store does. The produce quality has room for improvement. For instance, I've rarely seen really fresh bell peppers there. As one who worked in retail most of my life, including a big department store chain, it's disappointing. Walmart can afford to do better. Especially in such a nice area, in such a convenient spot for thousands of customers.”
“I always like macy's and i do not feel that it is expensive as people are saying as they always have discounts and deals, and if you have the macy's credit card you will save a lot of money too. I am only giving one star because this location needs attention and needs to be upgraded compared to the one in polaris or easton mall this one is like a constraction site.”

“My first stop ever in Columbus, Ohio was a Walmart. I never been and I was attending a conference in the city. Unfortunately, I completely forgot to pack my laptop charger before I left. D'Oh! So as we are driving up to Columbus, i am on my phone frantically trying to find a place that sells a charger that works on my laptop. I eventually found that both one Walmart and one Bestbuy in Columbus near the hotel sells a universal laptop charger that will work. BestBuy's is twice the price... so I go to Walmart. Large Walmart, they even have a Fed-Ex Office inside it seems. I get to electronics and find the laptop charger. Excellent! I find another universal laptop charger that is $10 cheaper than the one I even came for. $22 is definitely better than over $60 in Bestbuy that is for sure! The laptop chargers were unfortunately locked in a display case. This Walmart has a dearth of employees. After searching, I could only find one employee in electronics. The girl working there had several customers in line and at least two other people asking for things locked in different display cases. I had to wait a while to get what I needed but it certainly wasn't her fault. Walmart, though, needs to hire. I had a dinner with coworkers to get to. Eventually I got my charger and went on my way. After dinner, i tried the charger and it worked! Walmart saved my butt and my wallet as I needed my laptop to work as I was a presenter at the conference. Moreover, I still needed to answer any work emails and do some work in between classes. Thank you Walmart!”

“I love this Home Goods location! It is the newest & cleanest! I love how close it is to my home, a 10 minute drive does not do my credit card any justice. It has ALL my decorations & fancy stuff you need!! It is also next to. TJ Maxx AND Costco UGH, killin my bank here!”
