“Last night we got the call no family ever wants to receive. My little brother was in an accident on his way home from college, and his truck was totaled.
In the middle of all that chaos, Zavier the tow truck driver was truly a blessing. He helped calm my brother down, got his truck safely to the tow lot, and made sure he had somewhere safe to stay for the night since we were over 8 hours away.
We can’t thank him enough for taking care of him when we couldn’t be there. People like Zavier make the hardest moments a little easier, and we are incredibly grateful.”

“I realized that I had a tail light out at 5 minutes until 9:00 so I started driving towards the store and called them on my way by the time I got there they already had the tail lights at the front counter all I had to do was pay for them and he installed them for me and was done in record time of 9:02 p.m. never acted like I was bothering him or that it was an inconvenience at all that's the kind of customer service I appreciate!! good job guys!!!!”
