“UPDATE: Arbogast went above and beyond to fix all issues we had. The sales rep was fired and they wrote a check for me to have everything fixed locally fantastic service and I will buy from them again!Original review:I cannot recommend buying a vehicle from Arbogast. We bought our 2015 9 passenger Ford Transit conversion van in November of 2022. We were assured the vehicle would be given a thorough inspection and all issues would be fixed before we received it. The vehicle was delivered (approximately a month after purchase) and there were several major problems conveniently not mentioned and not addressed in the ad. Primarily, the vinyl interior was in a state of disrepair. It was flaking off and worn through to the underlying fabric was showing. This was not shown in the listing pics or description. The front two chairs and the second row captains seats all suffer from this. Secondly, the stereo has a loud buzzing that would not go away when using the sound system for the tv. Thirdly, the side door has a knocking sound on every bump I go over. Lastly, there was no air filter whatsoever installed in the vehicle. Does that sound like a thorough pre-sales inspection to you?I initially wrote this same review and was ensured that the problems would be resolved. We got the audio issue fixed for $140 and got a quote to have the upholstery fixed for $1800. Not only have we not been reimbursed for any of the expenses as promised, they scoffed and said their upholstery guy charges way less. Well, I WOULD HAVE HAPPILY LET YOUR GUY DO IT IF YOU FIXED IT BEFORE SHIPPING ME THE VEHICLE. You’re welcome to fly your guy down 8hrs away to fix it.At the end of the day, do not take their word for it. Do not buy a vehicle from them online without thoroughly checking it out yourself in person and taking it to a mechanic you trust. It has been a disappointing experience. I will revise this review if Arbogast makes these issues right like they said they would. I’m only asking them to be ethical, nothing more.”
