“Wow, I must say that from beginning to end, the communication has been nothing short of excellent. Yes, we experienced some delays in repairing the truck, but they kept me informed throughout the process. I never felt frustrated or annoyed; the atmosphere in the office was filled with positive vibes. When I went to pick up my truck, it had been detailed, and the staff even took the time to clean the windows for me. While I’m not proud of having been in an accident, I am proud to have chosen the best body shop in NW Ohio for my truck repair. I truly appreciate everyone in that office and shop! “Wyse Auto Repair did a stage 1 build on my E4OD Trans. I've been in the repair business for 10 years (not building transmissions) but felt I could learn to do this build on my own after watching many videos and reading the repair manual. I started looking into the parts and proper upgrades and saw how much it was fo me to do it. For an additional $800 I could have these guys do it and take out my guess work. I called them up talked to Sam and let me tell ya I never expected the experience I got. They tore the transmission down in front of me showed me the issues and common fail points plus how they were going to correct them. I had already purchased a "john woods" valve body that was apparently a knock off and didn't have the full upgrade kit installed. I'll be the first to tell you transmissions are a different Game and to leave it to the pros. I picked my transmission up 2 days ago put it in that night and took it on a drive. I COULDNT BE HAPPIER! these guys were awesome!”

“I took my car in on Friday and they had it done by 3.I felt the price reasonable .I always worry I will be taken advantage of since I know nothing about cars,but they fixed the problem it was minor even tho I thought by the diagnostic it would be major.They have a new customer for sure.”
“JH Alignment used this place before for Alignments and tires . This time I had a bad wheel bearing hub that was bad . He changed that and aligned the wheels again at a cost of about $380 which I thought was a fair price (part was about $150). Had it back the same day. All in all not a bad deal considering parts and time into it. I would and have done business with him again. Hope this helps.Services: Steering & suspension replacement”
“The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, when it comes to alignments they sre the go to people to go to, they know what they are doing, i went to one place to have vehicle aligned and my vehicle wasn't steering correctly so i went here because alignment was still not the way it should be and they solved the problem and corrected the alignment.
My only complaint is that gett an appointment isn't fast as they really book out cause they get so much work.
I would like to be able to book an appointment and get in within a couple days and be able to wait to get vehicle done but they prefer you to drop it off and pickup when there ready, and for a person with only one vehicle it can make it challenging getting back and forth.”

“I recently found myself 3 hours from home with a quickly failing wheel bearing. I pulled into this shop praying that they could help me. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to fit me in to their schedule and complete the repair. My car gave them a particularly challenging time with the repair but they were persistent and even stayed after hours to complete the repair. “Brought my motorcycle radiator to them and he was extremely honest and helpful. He explained that he most likely couldnt fix it he would still do a pressure test, but assured me that purchasing a Chinese knockoff instead of paying $900 for the OEM part would be an acceptable alternative. Have to respect mechanics and repair shops that will still do this...I will always bring any business I have to these guys and will recommend to anyone if they want honesty”
