“So happy i got another quote. They were nearly $200 dollars cheaper than the other. I was scheduled for the repair within a day, and it took less than 2 hours to fix. The receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable. The time i waited i spent next door and got a quick bite to eat. Very convenient. Hopefully I won’t need this service again, but if I would it definitely would be here.”

Auto Glass Now came in and made the situation better right from the start!!!They were very helpful and quick to do the required job. They even came to my school and fixed it on site! The technician was careful with my vehicle and did the necessary repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a cracked windshield. They get the job done in an efficient, quick and professional manner. The office and admin employees, Laura and Melissa were amazing and took care of business for me. “I had two panes that needed replacing because of broken seals. Glass Doctor was very quick to send a rep (very polite, efficient and personable) for measurements and estimate. After paying my 50% deposit, I was told 4-6 weeks for the glass to come in. After 10 weeks, I contacted them to as when it would be done. Was told there was a delay with the glass manufacturer and they would contact me when it was in. Week after week, I "tried" contacting them and they wouldn't answer my e mails, and kept getting cut off when calling. After four months (!) I finally got an e mail giving me a date for the install. Mari G. arrived exactly when she said she would, efficiently and quickly replaced the panes and cleaned up after. While their technicians are very nice and do good work, their customer "service" (as in non-existent) really sucks.”
“Recently had work done at Caliber Collision on York Road in N. Royalton. This was our second interaction with them and Mike Adkins, General Manager. Our 2017 Roush Ford Convertible had extensive damage on the passenger side including wheels/tires and sheet metal work. Mr. Adkins ensured our vehicle was brought up to better than factory perimeters. All components of the car were checked to ensure no damage was undetected. The work performed was of a high quality due to the supervision of Mr. Adkins and his high expectations of his quality work force. He, also, was not above "hands on" work to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner. Caliber Collision is the only shop of this type to be considered for repairs to your vehicle.”

“I see their commercials on TV all the time. When my back driver’s side window was broken, I decided to call Safelite. I contacted the center in Valley View. The ease of scheduling an appointment was perfect. Straightforward and simple. The availability of a technician was also timely. The day of the appointment, the technician provided a time when he would be there. When he arrived, he wa courteous, friendly, and professional. He installed the glass and provided instructions to follow. It didn’t take a long time to replace the glass. Hopefully I wont have anymore windows damaged but if I do, I will call Safelite! I highly recommend their company.”
