The gentleman came out, we took a look at it, he said "give me the keys, I'll be back in a few minutes." He came back in a few minutes and the job was completed. “We are adding a master bedroom and bathroom to our house. As a part of this project we are restoring/preserving an antique front entry door that will be installed on rollers as an entry door to the bathroom. The door is missing the oval glass and we went to Medina Glass on the advice of our builder. We picked out an obscure glass for the door and they gave us a very reasonable price. They made the template and when we received the glass, it fit perfectly. Medina Glass did an excellent job on our door glass and we received it much quicker than they had estimated. “Exceptional! That is the only word I can use to describe the service, customer service and overall experience I had with this company. It started with a simple Google search and ended with a Toyota manufactured windshield (not the cheap glass other companies use) and completed at a Toyota dealership! It was great! The coolest part, even though it was a small gesture, was that our parking stickers (required by our housing complex) were transferred over! “So I was rear-ended a couple weeks ago and fortunately the person who hit me had insurance. Their insurance, state farm referred me to Gerber. I called and they scheduled a inspection for repairs for the following week which I knew would be the case as they had to order parts. Then, they scheduled the repair a few days later. That was yesterday. They did a beautiful job repairing my cars rear bumper and even hammered out the license plate so well I don't need to get a replacement. But the most amazing part was that they thoroughly cleaned the inside of my car it looked almost brand new. What a delight. I actually didn't want to get my snowy dirty boots inside but they had a paper on the floor. It's so nice when a company goes above and beyond. Thank you for everything.”

Our 2017 Roush Ford Convertible had extensive damage on the passenger side including wheels/tires and sheet metal work. Mr. Adkins ensured our vehicle was brought up to better than factory perimeters. All components of the car were checked to ensure no damage was undetected. The work performed was of a high quality due to the supervision of Mr. Adkins and his high expectations of his quality work force.
