“Recently had work done at Caliber Collision on York Road in N. Royalton. This was our second interaction with them and Mike Adkins, General Manager. Our 2017 Roush Ford Convertible had extensive damage on the passenger side including wheels/tires and sheet metal work. Mr. Adkins ensured our vehicle was brought up to better than factory perimeters. All components of the car were checked to ensure no damage was undetected. The work performed was of a high quality due to the supervision of Mr. Adkins and his high expectations of his quality work force. He, also, was not above "hands on" work to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner. Caliber Collision is the only shop of this type to be considered for repairs to your vehicle.”

“I've only had them look at my (19 year old) car for a leaking brake line & some front end clunking.I've an appointment to fix the brakes and, as the front end issue is more costly (than replacing the brake caliper) - and isn't a safety issue - Jason understood my need to do repairs separately.Friend Lee (Renee (sp?) & Jason) were recommended by a BFF who lives in North Royalton.I'm an easy sider, but willing to travel for quality repairs & fair pricing.I hope to upgrade to 5 Stars after actually experiencing Jason's handiwork!1/31/23 Rear brakes calipers replaced. Break pedal may need adjusting but glad the leak's fixed.3/6/23 Front end work accomplished, thanks Jason for everything!”

The gentleman came out, we took a look at it, he said "give me the keys, I'll be back in a few minutes." He came back in a few minutes and the job was completed. My vehicle looked as if there was never an issue on it at all. I'm extremely happy with the quick service, especially after thinking I would have to leave my vehicle there.
