“Great Staff, Clean Bathrooms, Clean Subway. Now has a fueling pumps for Semi Trucks and other large Vehicles for diesel fuel, DEF pump too and also propane refilling during the day. (Staff may not all be fully trained yet for the propane refilling. Please call ahead to make sure someone is available as we just opened up that area and weather isn't helping right now)”
“This has been my go to place for "convenience store" runs since it opened because they have nearly everything I want, with the added benefit of not having to get out of the car. Plus the service is always quick and they are always so polite.If I haven't already persuaded you to try them out know this they have one of the larger selections of energy drinks in flavors I didn't know existed and a amazing selection of chips and candy.Seriously I can't give this place enough love. Thank you for always having what I need!”
“Some empty shelves for seasonal changes. Most departments well-stocked. Was there early evening on a Tuesday not over-crowded. Easy to get in and out efficiently.”
“I ordered a special cake for our grandson and the ladies at Giant Eagle in Chardon were awesome. I had a picture of a Paw Patrol cake that he wanted and they drew it up and when I picked up the cake, I was so happy. Our grandson loved his cake and was so excited. It looked amazing and tasted just as good. Awesome job ladies”
“Best place to get beer, smokes, and the essentials. Staff is always friendly and remember most people when they visit. I'd give them a 10 but 5 is all you get.”

“Rite Aid has always been my choice over CVS or Walgreens and I would give all 5 stars but theres this one rude lady in the pharmacy. Shes tall and skinny with long hair. I never want to call and ask about my prescription bc Im afraid she will answer. Shes not friendly and feels annoyed to be helping me although she doesnt. She tells me i cant pick up my meds for a couple days but I call the day my ins says it can be filled. I live in Madison so the closest Rite Aid is Painesville bc Madison closed. I do not want to drive out there before making sure my meds are ready so I honestly dread calling for that reason. I even have my husband pick it up in case I have to deal with her. She makes me that uncomfortable. Almost reminds me of a bullys personality. I used to get texts when it was filled but not anymore for some reason. Thats a wonderful feature. If you get a short blonde girl named Danielle, you are in good hands. Shes efficient, friendly, and could prob run the whole pharmacy.”

“Open 24 hours, fair prices, clean store. Decent choice of snacks/candy. Plenty of gas pumps, easy access from roads. If it’s past 11:00pm, watch out for the fuzz. I see cops sit in the parking lot of True North, and at the church’s on Johnnycake/Bank Street. Mostly Sheriff’s, occasionally Painesville PD.”

“I have never had an issue with the morning lady as someone previously posted. She's always smiling, friendly, greets me as I come in and I look forward to my visit there as I come every morning. She makes my day a bit brighter.”
“I shop here at least 3-4 days per week. Every person that works there including the owners are always so nice! They have reasonably priced items throughout the store. I'm typically a morning shopper and the owners are always there working hard keeping everything stocked and the customers flowing smoothly.”

“Pumps are real slow to reset. Manager was friendly when she came out to check the pump. The inside was clean and open. Gas was the lowest in that area, and the pumps were busy.”
“I had the nicest experience ever yesterday at Harry’s Food Mart 1 I stopped in to buy a few items. Andy one of the workers there was at the cash register. I asked him if they had bananas. He replied with a very friendly yes and took me to the isle where they keep their bananas. I also asked where their potato chips were. He then took me to the isle where their potatoe chips are. He met me back at the cash register and checked me out. He told me to come back and have a goodnight. The owners of the store and other workers are wonderful and friendly people! I might add that they have the best meat in town! I’ll be shopping there tomorrow for hamburger meat!”
“There may be a wait in the drive-thru line sometimes .. but seems it’s because they’re busy providing great service to each customer when its their turn. It’s a busy location but they always have time to focus on “you” when it’s your turn. “Great visit this morning! I can ask either pharmacist on duty and know I'm getting good up to date information! Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians are all knowledgeable and can answer your questions whether the med comes from the central fill insurance pharmacy or they fill your medication in the store! If there is a delay with your medication or small print on your pharmacy bottles from the central fill insurance pharmacy don't be afraid to speak with your pharmacist or technician. They are very helpful. Special thanks to store manager Scott, who answered my questions and told me today the Painesville Walgreens is Not on the closure list!
