Everyone in the office is super helpful and nice! The amenities are wonderful and the rent includes so many things you wouldn’t think of for how affordable it is. Maintenance is always fast and ready to respond. Overall it is a great place to live!

Taylor in the front office was extremely helpful in getting me set-up to live in Hawks this school year. Hawks is a little bit far from campus but for the price and all the amenities like the pool and gym It was hard to pass up. I never had any issues with maintenance or crazy neighbors, it's been a pleasure living here...

Employees are quick and friendly (maintenance and office).Gym is convenient.Who can beat free coffee in the office?The pool and hot tub are a great time.The office always has free snacks and sometimes free meals.This place would be great if it wasn’t the cheapest housing in Oxford but it IS.
