“I rented a car at the airport that had a slow leak in the tire. I called the emergency service they brought a tow truck to the town I had driven to where I was staying and took that car and gave me a replacement car. Excellent excellent customer service I will spread the word and never forget it.”

“Grounds are well kept, nice safe area to load up / unload. Prices are reasonable and this place is always available whenever I need it. Location isn't bad, so nearly anyone in the area can access their units with ease. When we were setting up initially there was a hiccup on which unit was ours, but was quickly resolved. Didn't find that to be a reason to remove a star either.”
“Convenient location and rents are lower than Toledo facilities. Storage units range from closet sized up to garage. Clean hallways and lot. Some facilities are heated. Both outside and inside units.”

“I broke down in the early morning had to get service on the I-75 in Ohio and had to go to the service yard had a great guy help me get there and was serviced and fixed by a awesome set of guys who loved joking around and treated me great. “Very well secured, you need a code to get in and they have cameras everywhere. Staff is onsite and can help if you have issues. The storage area is very clean and they have carts to assist you with moving larger items. They have a large selection of rental vehicles from pickups to large cargo vans.”

“This place was VERY unprofessional. The manager that had her 1 year old child at work with her on the job was extremely rude. She would not even ask me questions or try to see what the mix up was with her employee that was doing the paper work. They tried to act like I wanted to rent a truck for theee days for $600 and then turn around and come right back. Moving a one way truck from Michigan to West Virginia for work permently. This place needs to be checked out the manager isn’t running this place professional and is not very good with talking to customers. I hope they get someone to come and see how these people are ruining U-Haul image I will not recommend this place to anyone. SAVE your self the head ache.”
“I did not rent a truck, I was looking for boxes/packing supplies. They had a couple sizes of boxes and some packing paper. It seems like this location is great for truck rentals, but as far as moving supplies are concerned, if you need more than boxes a different location might be the right choice for you.”

“Jeff was amazing today! The Ottawa Hills location pretty much fcked our move when they closed before we were able to pick up our rental truck. We had made a reservation for 12:00, showed at 12:00 and they closed at 12:00, with absolutely no communication from the staff at the Ottawa Hills location. Customer service was able to find us a solution (after 45 minutes of being rerouted and called back) with Jeff. He stayed an hour after he was supposed to close up and got us into a truck last minute. He even had an adorable kitten that we got to snuggle with to make us feel a little better about the sht situation that we had been put in by the other location. If you're looking to use Budget (not recommended, but sometimes ya have to), Definitely look HERE first and avoid the Ottawa Hills location.”
“I rented a 14' truck on June 14th. The truck was brand new with 185 miles on it. It drove well and was clean. Robin behind the counter could not have been more helpful and delightful to work with. I intend to rent from then again soon. Great job!!!!”

“Leaving the first good review of this place ever. I rented a 10’ moving truck, got there and they only had 12’ ones. They upgraded me without issue, and this was great for my needs but obviously other people could take issue. The employee, (don’t recall the name but he had glasses and dreads) was incredible polite and helpful. Cleaned snow off the whole truck for us. Drove from Ohio to Texas with no issues and returned to a separate budget without any extra charges or hassle.”
