“Leaving the first good review of this place ever. I rented a 10’ moving truck, got there and they only had 12’ ones. They upgraded me without issue, and this was great for my needs but obviously other people could take issue. The employee, (don’t recall the name but he had glasses and dreads) was incredible polite and helpful. Cleaned snow off the whole truck for us. Drove from Ohio to Texas with no issues and returned to a separate budget without any extra charges or hassle.”
