We brought it to the attention of Bob, the owner, and he went way above and beyond to make everything right. Things happen, everyone makes mistakes. And when it happened here, they took care of it. “Was referred to AJ Towing by Steve's Auto Care which is a few miles away from AJ Towing and Auto Repair, as AJ Towing had the diagnostic tools to test my electric and cylinder systems. Steve's Auto Care did look at my car for about a half an hour- for free, but didn't have the right equipment to test the various systems thus Steve's referred me to AJ Towing. AJ Towing replaced my coil pack with a used one which I requested for just $30. Labor $50. They first called me to let me know what the problem was and if I wanted to come by to pick up my van to replace the coil myself, but I gave them the go ahead. At least from my experience they seemed genuinely honest and nice people. The shop is under a road, by railroad tracks surrounded by a lot of junked out cars and a fence, but don't let first impressions fool you.”
“Went in to get speedometer cable replaced on my 79 trans Am. And got a call back from owner/manager I think, said it might not just be the cable. May the appointment looking forward to getting my car back to normal. And I knew they were busy so it'll be a couple weeks but at least I know it'll be done right”

“Had a great experience today looking at used trucks. Open on labor Day and we're very patient with me. They let me test drive a few and got prices on many different options. I went with an 2012 F150 and man did they make a great deal with me. Very friendly worth going in and talking to them!”
“These guys are the best! Took my car there some time ago! I had some noises up front! Tireman,just put all new suspension parts up front! The guy at Tom's test drove it, came back, tightened the bolts on the struts,that tireman, just installed! Noises gone! They never charged me! I told Tom, If I ever needed anything done I'd give them the work!Fast forward. New parts only have 20000 miles on them and they're shot. So, I call around and couldn't believe the prices! Belle tire wanted 988.00, that's with parts and alighnment! Tireman, which I'll never go to again, wanted 150.00 per side plus parts and alighnment!So,I bought the parts and was going to do it myself,then I remembered Tom's! At this point I just want it done so, I decided if he could do It I'd give him the job! They got me in, after taking me home, I'd say about 9:30! 11:45 they call, it's done! ?So, They came and picked me up and took me back to the shop! At this point I'm willing to pay whatever! I go in and ask Tom, how much, he said, a buck twenty! I told him,he must have made a mistake, that's to cheap! I was so happy,a tried to give him more money and he refused! Just don't find people like them anymore!”
“Just want to give a shout out to Jason and the folks at Benny’s garage for getting me out of a jam! I was stranded with my F-250 and my 27ft travel trailer at Maumee Bay State Park and needed to get home to Michigan. Jason took my call, understood my transmission issue right away and got me up and running so I could safely get home. He even helped my fellow campers out with an issue on their trailer! Pulled in on a low tire thats been checked and sealed 2x prior. About every 3 days it was going flat. Took it to Tire man and they got me together and said NO CHARGE..... Major stress reliever!!! Thank you ?”

“Football coach on the way to his game from Cleveland and blew a tire. This shop was one of the only open till 6pm and on Saturday with tire in stock. Got it changed as promised early Saturday and worked with Enterprise to get a car. Coach made the game but lost 21 to 25.”

“Was an amazing visit. I just needed my wheels balanced and my battery tested! While waiting I did some shopping. So 2 birds with one stone kind of a thing, I guess. Did a wonderful job on the tire balancing but I couple weeks later I had to replace my battery they said was good. It had a bad cell and they did not catch it. Either way they did their best. Thank you for the fun visit.”

“If you’re looking for a local shop in the Oregon (Toledo) who does honest work I would recommend Sam and his crew.I came in with a odd ball service request, I had broken a few bolts off of a beadlock rim and they had no problem taking my wheel as a walk in service and having the broken studs removed, cleaned up and my wheel put back together in the same day. All while they had other vehicles they were working on throughout the day.They even offered to drop me back off at work if needed, that’s just great customer service if you ask me.Big thanks to this shop for getting me out of a bind and back on the road. I will continue to recommend them and use them in the future. Thanks guys”
